What payment methods do you accept?

Returns, refunds and replacements
At Deeply Clean Marine, we want all our customers and product users to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or if our products don’t meet your expectations, please contact your point of purchase who will arrange a refund or replacement.
Alternatively, email service@deeplycleanmarine.com with details of when and where you made your purchase along with any purchase receipt details if available.
Once logged you will be given a replacement/refund reference number. Once you are in receipt of this, please return the products to the distribution/head office details supplied at your own expense within 45 days of purchase for exchange or refund.
We will offer a 100% refund on all fabrics and accessories. A shipping fee at cost will be charged at cost only if an exchange has been requested. Your consumer rights have been observed in full.

Deeply Clean Marine Products
Caution: Do not use any of the Deeply Clean Marine range of cloths, mitts or fabrics on HOT surfaces. This WILL damage the fabric and could potentially damage the target surface beyond repair.
Why should I use DCM products?
All our range is specifically designed for the SuperYacht and Leisure Marine sector by professionals for professionals. By understanding your detailing requirements, we have specific products to complete your cleaning processes for each area of work.
Can I use them straight away?
Yes, however product performance improves after a couple of washes under our recommended care process.

No, we are happy to supply you with a special test pack at a preferential rate, please contact us with your requirements.

Yes, we have established a customer loyalty discount scheme that logs sales and applies discounts. This can be either personally or via a business.

How should I care for DCM products?
Please follow the care instructions supplied for long lasting perfect cleaning results.
I have heard about DCM products guarantees, what are these?
We offer a no quibble 250 wash cycle replacement guarantee with all our products. Please complete the guarantee form on the web site along with evidence of when and where purchased and we will register your product.
Can I use chemicals to clean with DCM products?
Yes, we understand that crew do choose to use chemicals during their detailing process although we advocate the use of water and natural materials for extensive cleaning. Concentrated bleach-based product may alter the colour of our cleaning fabrics.
How safe are DCM Cloths & fabrics on various surfaces?
All our products have been extensively tested on the widest possible range of surfaces and materials used on board. MACROfibre has been independently tested to show that it is up to 2000 x less abrasive than other cleaning fabrics on the marketplace. Always follow our instructions for use and if in doubt please ask.
I have some problem cleaning areas on board, would DCM be able to help and advise further?
Yes, please feel free to contact us with your problem areas and one of our service team would be delighted to try and help.
Are there any instructions for use I need to adopt when using DCM products?
Generally, all crew are trained with familiar cleaning techniques, please ensure you are informed of the instruction for use or request a specification sheet from us.
Is using DCM products good for our yachts eco-credentials?
We believe so, all our products can achieve excellent cleaning results with water only, Technical MACROfibre is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, all products can be washed at an eco-friendly 40 degrees C and can be recycled at the end of their useful life.

Yes, we have a full range of supporting data sheets available upon request to assist you with your onboard maintenance and recording.

Technical MACROfibre
I have heard about MACROfibre, is this the same as Microfibre?
No, whilst the two are manufactured from synthetic fibres, the structure is different allowing MACROfibre to clean hard and textured surfaces more effectively.
How does MACROfibre work?
Due to the shape of the fibres that are in contact with the target surface, MACROfibre cleans mechanically by agitating tiny particles of dirt and debris and retaining them in the body of the fabric until rinsed out.
I’m told that MACROfibre has excellent eco-credentials, what are these?
MACROfibre is manufactured from 100% recycled plastic bottles and we recommend that it is used with water only reducing the need for harmful chemicals. The fabric can be washed thoroughly at 30/40 degrees and no need to tumble. At the end of its useful life, any MACROfibre product can be recycled again and again.
What type of MACROfibre products are available?
We have a range of pads, mitts, and cloths to suit your on-board requirements.
How do I care for and wash my products?
Rinse out after use and regularly machine or hand wash with detergent only. Do not use conditioners or tumble dry. Do not store soaking wet and do not use or store on a hot surface.
Where can I use MACROfibre?
Throughout the Yacht on hard and/or textured surfaces. We recommend that this type of product is used with a mist of water or wet as required. Always ensure that you are familiar with the manufacturers care instruction for all target surfaces to be cleaned.
Is MACROfibre absorbent?
No, MACROFibre is used for cleaning only, independently or as a part of your planned cleaning regime with other absorbent products.
Ultramicrofibre, MPC & NXG Microfibre
What is so special about these products?
All our Microfibre product are manufactured from the finest blended split fibre for the best possible results. Each product range has been designed specifically for the purpose designated and extensively tested for performance and durability.
Where can I use them?
In reality you could use any of the product range throughout your yacht without compromise. However, you will experience improved results by using the correct product for each specified area.
Can I use them wet and dry?
Yes, dry for dusting and polishing and with a mist of water for a more aggressive clean.
Can I use them with detergents and chemicals?
Yes, although we advocate the use of water for excellent results.
Will chemicals damage the fabrics?
Generally, no but they may alter the colour in some circumstances.
What is the best way to care for my cloths & mitts?
In accordance with the care instructions supplied, but generally rinse out after use and regularly machine or hand wash with detergent only. Do not use conditioners or tumble dry. Do not store soaking wet and do not use or store on a hot surface. Where possible air dry.
How long will they last?
We have stress tested product to over 1000 wash cycles after use and they still clean adequately. Performance significantly begins to reduce between 250 & 300 wash cycles after use.
